Responsibility
1. In charge of payroll, SHUI, PIT and reward management, contract management
2. Lead to maintain bóng đá trực tuyến data, design reports to optimize bóng đá trực tuyến reporting system to meet internal and external teams needs of bóng đá trực tuyến data analysis, and also ensure bóng đá trực tuyến data confidentiality.
3. Be responsible for improving C&B expertise, ensure bóng đá trực tuyến work compliance with related law and regulations, maintain and develop bóng đá trực tuyến reporting system and bóng đá trực tuyến systems.
4. Assist in C&B annual budget, attend select survey, update pay structure & salary scale; develop various C&B program to ensure enough competitiveness in local market together with the HRM
5. Assist to maintain and develop current bóng đá trực tuyến systems, to fully support bóng đá trực tuyến team daily work, and improve bóng đá trực tuyến working efficiency
