I. Responsibilities

II. Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Organization Development

• Develop xem bóng đá trực tuyến xôi lạc implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives, especially in retail xem bóng đá trực tuyến xôi lạc airport environments.
• Support organizational growth plans through workforce planning xem bóng đá trực tuyến xôi lạc manpower optimization.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Lead endto-end recruitment for duty paid retail operations, including frontline staffs, warehouse, administrative, xem bóng đá trực tuyến xôi lạc management roles.
• Develop onboarding programs tailored to airport retail operations, ensuring fast xem bóng đá trực tuyến xôi lạc effective integration of new hires.

Performance Management & Development

• Implement performance management systems xem bóng đá trực tuyến xôi lạc KPI tracking tailored for retail xem bóng đá trực tuyến xôi lạc operations roles.
• Identify training needs xem bóng đá trực tuyến xôi lạc coordinate learning C development programs for staffs.

Employee Relations & Engagement
