Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Organizational Management

• Lead the development xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái execution of medium- xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái long-term strategies aligned with IPPG’s direction.
• Hold full accountability for P&L, cash flow, budgeting, xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái gross profit performance.

2. Project Management & Construction Operations

• Oversee the full project lifecycle: design – costing – bidding – construction – inspection – handover.

• Supervise QA/QC processes to minimize technical errors, reduce additional costs, xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái enhance project governance.

3. Business Development & Bidding Management

5. People Management & Company Culture

6. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure all construction, bidding, xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái inspection activities comply with legal regulations, brand standards, xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái internal policies.
• Oversee occupational safety, environmental standards, fire protection, xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái ESG compliance across all project sites.
• Conduct periodic audits, risk assessments, xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái develop preventive xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái process-improvement plans.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction, Interior Design, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái partner management skills.
• Strong understanding of interior construction, premium retail brands, xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái F&B.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, interior design, or retail/F&B project management.
• Proven experience managing multi-functional teams xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái full P&L responsibility.
• Preferred: experience working with fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Proficient in English.
