Responsibility

• Continually review the contractor’s construction schedule during the progress of site works.
• Review Contractor / Vendor submissions xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ proposals xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ advice accordingly.
• Review Contractor’s proposed vendors
• Undertake general project site observation / inspection of the mechanical / electrical services works for Contractor’s adherence to the approved shop drawings xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ Consultant’s specification, good working practices, the construction schedule xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ health & safety.
• Be available to undertake off-site inspections of proposed equipment xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ materials as may be deemed necessary by the PD.
• Undertake prior review of Contractor’s proposed mechanical / electrical system testing & commissioning methods xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ schedule.
• On a spot basis witness mechanical / electrical system final testing xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ commissioning.
• Review xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ comment on Contractor’s testing xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ commissioning results xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ advice PD accordingly.
• Prepare on-going list of mechanical / electrical services defects for contractor’s remedial action.
• Undertake final project snagging xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ prepare list of defects for Contractor’s action.
• Attend project, site progress xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ any mechanical / electrical services related technical meetings as directed by the PD.
• Provide advice to the PD in regard to any mechanical / electrical services related variation costs that may be claimed by the Contractor during the course of the works.

• Perform facility inspections xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ report on condition affecting operations
• Monitor xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ supervise preventive Maintenance contracts
• Respond to emergencies
• Prepare xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ submit summary reports of conditions in buildings xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ recommend actions to be taken
• Review xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ understand equipment xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ methods of operation, BMS system, fire/life safety, xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ other systems
• Comply with all safety procedures xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ requirements
• Maintain compliance to Local Vietnamese Standards
• Support any afterhours building needs xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ activities as required
• Attend training sessions xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ seminars
• Review xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ comment upon Contractors Operation xem bóng đá trực tuyến k+ Maintenance manuals
