Description
- Take charge in the planning of the annual bóng đá trực tuyến plan for 3 brands: Burger King, Popeyes, Dominos Pizza
- Meets with Heads of Departments to review their bóng đá trực tuyến needs, ensuring they are following their manpower budgets
- Assists the HR Director, where appropriate, in the development and preparation of the Strategic Plan, bóng đá trực tuyến Plan and Employee Branding
- Responsible for effective execution of bóng đá trực tuyến plans to meet manpower needs in Head office and key positions in Store.
- Prepare bóng đá trực tuyến budget and monitor approved budget vs actual.
- Controlling the headcounts, checking and ensuring the personnel requirement are bóng đá trực tuyến headcount budget
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by HR Director
Responsibility
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with Head of Department Head and candidates
- Proficient English (both speaking and writing)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
