JOB OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement construction methods, technical procedures, tỷ số bóng đá trực tuyến safety measures at the site.
• Coordinate construction schedules on-site; proactively propose tỷ số bóng đá trực tuyến execute corrective actions or adjustments when necessary; maintain a detailed daily construction logbook.
• Develop construction plans, methods, tỷ số bóng đá trực tuyến timelines, tỷ số bóng đá trực tuyến align with contractors tỷ số bóng đá trực tuyến internal teams; coordinate with subcontractors tỷ số bóng đá trực tuyến approve their construction methods.
• Conduct site surveys, review tỷ số bóng đá trực tuyến understand all technical requirements of the project to ensure construction complies with approved designs; propose solutions to the design or technical team if discrepancies arise.
• Inspect product specifications tỷ số bóng đá trực tuyến quality at manufacturing workshops to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical requirements, tỷ số bóng đá trực tuyến quantity standards.
• Monitor compliance with procedures, regulations, tỷ số bóng đá trực tuyến immediately report or suspend any violations or deficiencies identified during construction.
• Supervise the production progress of workshops, material delivery timelines, subcontractor work, tỷ số bóng đá trực tuyến on-site installation schedules.
• Oversee the quality of materials, equipment, tỷ số bóng đá trực tuyến installation work for the project, ensuring alignment with approved scope, technical standards, tỷ số bóng đá trực tuyến schedule requirements.
• Work with the Project Management Unit or the Investor’s representatives to execute construction activities on-site. Represent the company in direct communications with the Investor/Client to address all issues or incidents under the direction of the Board of Directors.
