I. Role Overview

• Responsible for implementing urban planning, architectural, xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái landscape planning activities for the Company’s investment projects.

II. Key Responsibilities

1. General Responsibilities

2. Detailed Responsibilities by Project Phase

a. Project Preparation Phase

• Conduct site surveys xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái propose overall planning concepts for projects through analytical xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái conceptual reports.
• Consolidate planning xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái architectural ideas from the perspective of project investment xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái market conditions.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to develop initial design directions, planning concepts, xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái preliminary technical parameters for projects.
• Develop planning xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái architectural concept requirements for new investment projects.
• Search for xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái select design consultants; review xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái manage the quality of consultant deliverables xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái drawings.
• Collaborate with consultancy firms in developing planning concepts, urban planning dossiers, xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái investment project proposals under assigned project categories.
• Support the preparation of documentation for investment proposal submission xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái approval.
• Assist with legal procedures xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái project documentation related to planning xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái architecture.
• Support administrative procedures, payment processes, xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái contract documentation.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Deputy General Director of the Investment Division / Project Management Department Manager.

b. Project Implementation Phase

Permitting

• Support communication xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái coordination with specialists from government departments xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái external partners to ensure completion of all planning- xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái architecture-related legal procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to finalize project legal requirements.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Assist in preparing prequalification documents, investment proposals, xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái other required procedures for project development.

Design Management Support

• Participate in developing design guidelines for Planning – Architecture – Landscape.
• Review xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái control design documentation throughout all project stages.
• Coordinate with design teams xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái relevant departments to transform conceptual designs into detailed construction drawings for project master plans, architectural works, xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái planning layouts.

c. Responsibilities Across All Phases

• Manage, review, xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái verify the quality xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái progress of deliverables from consulting units.
• Closely monitor consultants' work xem bóng đá trực tuyến nhà cái promptly report any issues, obstacles, or risks that may affect the quality or progress of the project.
